Kapitol Construction is looking for an Early Careers Program Manager to drive the development and success of their cadet and graduate programs.About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of Kapitol Construction’s early careers strategy, ensuring their work experience students, cadets, and graduates are supported, developed, and retained. You will be responsible for designing and implementing a structured, high-impact program that provides hands-on project exposure, professional development, networking opportunities, and a clear pathway for career progression.
Key responsibilities include:
- Project managing the full early careers program from recruitment and onboarding to ongoing development and retention strategies.
- Building strong partnerships with universities, TAFES and industry bodies to attract top early-career talent.
- Developing structured learning frameworks to enhance skills, peer relationships, and networking opportunities.
- Providing continuous feedback and coaching to ensure students and graduates thrive in their roles.
- Implementing AI-driven solutions to streamline processes and enhance learning experiences.
- Managing retreats and team-building events to foster engagement and alignment with Kapitol’s vision.

- Experience managing graduate, cadet, or early careers programs, ideally in construction, engineering, or a similar industry.
