matthew.duggan@homes.vic.gov.auPosition DetailsTHE ROLEA rewarding and challenging leadership opportunity exists for a highly experienced Director, First Peoples Partnerships and Programs within the Aboriginal Housing and Homelessness Branch in Homes Victoria. The role will lead a newly established Programs and Partnerships Unit which will bring together the Cultural Safety, Strategic Governance & Partnerships teams, and the new First Peoples Home Ownership team.The Director will work collaboratively across government, the financial services sector, and the First Peoples housing sector to deliver key reform initiatives identified in Mana-na woorn-tyeen maar-takoort: Every Aboriginal Person Has a Home – The Victorian Aboriginal Housing and Homelessness Framework. The Director will oversee the design, management and implementation of a range of existing and new initiatives to improve First Peoples housing and home ownership outcomes.Are you:

ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE1. Lead stakeholder engagement with the First Peoples housing sector on the development and implementation of programs to deliver sector-wide housing and economic outcomes for First Peoples.2.
