- Develop and implement effective digital change management strategies.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure digital projects align with business goals
- Lead stakeholder engagement, ensuring effective communication and buy-in at all levels of the business
- Design and deliver training and support programs to ease transitions to new digital systems and work-flows
- Track and assess the success of change initiatives, continuously adjusting strategies to improve outcomes
- Oversee the management of digital transformation projects, ensuring goals and time lines are met
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate digital solutions smoothly into business operations
- Identify potential risks and resistance points, applying strategies to overcome them
- Contribute to ongoing enhancement and development of Microsoft Business Central (preferred)
- Advocate for a results-driven approach to digital projects
The Successful ApplicantA successful Digital Project and Change Manager should have:
- A degree in IT or related field.
- Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
- Proven project management expertise with a history of successfully implementing digital transformation projects.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders.
- Open-minded with a passion for innovation and digital business improvement.
- Familiarity of Microsoft Business Central (desirable)
- Automotive industry experience or interest (desirable)
