You will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to design and build engaging adult-learner focused digital learning products.The learning experiences will contribute to the growth and development of regulatory knowledge, skills and competencies for VBA staff. The role will also foster a culture of continuous improvement and drive excellence within VBA regulatory learning programs.What we are looking for:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Digital Learning Developer or similar role within a corporate or regulatory compliance environment.
  • Instructional design experience design and implement digitally based adult learning.
  • Proficiency with software tools, experience with Articulate Rise, Vyond, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite is desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to every project
  • Tertiary Qualifications in Education and Training, Human Resources, Organisational Psychology or related Field
