As our Digital Delivery Lead, you’ll be at the forefront of providing Digital Delivery Leadership (including Web & CRM) to key stakeholders at TMCA, such as Sales, Marketing, Lexus, and Franchise Planning. Your role will be crucial in integrating technology and information systems to help TMCA achieve its strategic goals.Our Digital Connected Services (DCS) Division is dedicated to delivering strategic Information and Technology leadership, reliable enterprise solutions, and impactful experiences to our Dealers and Customers. Together, we’ll drive Toyota’s business objectives forward.This is a permanent role based at Port Melbourne.How you’ll make an impactLead and inspire our development teams, instilling confidence in our internal stakeholders throughout digital initiatives.Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features for our software development team.Partner with Product Management to shape the product vision, roadmap, and future growth opportunities.Support Toyota’s Scaled Agile planning and delivery methodology.Contribute to Toyota’s transition to a Digital DevOps support model.Work closely with Business Stakeholders to mitigate impediments and ensure successful completion of Release/Sprint Goals.Ensure digital experiences (online, service integrations, and relationships) meet agreed objectives and success metrics, balancing quality, cost, and technical excellence.Your attributes – If you’ve got one or more, we’d love to hear from you!Degree qualification or equivalent experience.Proven experience in digital project delivery and agile environments.Expertise in digital systems, including CMS and CRM Systems.Familiarity with all phases of SDLC and industry-standard project methodologies.Strong budget management skills and commercial acumen.Deep understanding of Web platform technologies and architectures.Excellent stakeholder management and visual storytelling skills.If you’re passionate about sustainability and have the skills to drive impactful change, we’d love to hear from you!Not 100% qualified?
