What We’re Looking For:
- Specialist registration with the Medical Board of Australia
- Fellowship with the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists (FANZCA) or equivalent Rural Generalist Anaesthetist (RGA) recognition
- Significant experience in anaesthesia and perioperative services
- Passion for education and training within a collaborative team environment
- Commitment to patient safety, excellence, and risk minimisation strategies
About the Role:
As the Deputy Clinical Director of Anaesthesia, you will :
- Provide specialist anaesthetic and perioperative services
- Support and deputise for the Clinical Director of Anaesthesia
- Lead anaesthesia clinics, ensure patient safety, and contribute to best-practice pain management
- Educate and supervise doctors-in-training, promoting continuous professional development
- Play a vital role in improving anaesthesia services
