You will be the primary point of contact for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.Working within a collaborative, innovative and supportive work environment, this position reports to the Manager Customer Support.An example of your responsibilities or duties you may perform will include:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various communication channels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third party vendors to resolve issues and escalate when necessary
  • Ability to identify, analyse and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Manage or oversee projects and specific tasks, delivering comprehensive feedback and reports to the Supervisor on all matters affecting customer support delivery
  • Independently manage the documentation creation process, contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives through knowledge articles.
  • Enhancing service delivery processes by actively participating in continuous improvement efforts, cross referencing Knowledge Base articles and aligning with online policies and procedures.
