Job description: Our client is a top-tier firm with a leading corporate team lead by highly-ranked partners.You will act for a range of premier local, national and international clients in various industries. Work will include a range of transactional matters including mergers & acquisitions, joint-ventures, takeovers, and broad corporate and commercial work for a listed and unlisted client base. This role will suit a driven and motivated mid-level or senior associate level lawyer who is confident in dealing with clients face to face and provide mentoring to junior staff.
