  • Salary HEW 8 ($110,958 – $124,959) + 17% Superannuation and Flexible Working Arrangements
  • Based at the Melbourne CBD campus.

About YouAs the Continuous Improvement Analyst, you will be responsible for working with stakeholders in the R&I Portfolio and other business units to assess end to end processes and system use, map them when required, and find optimised solutions for implementation.You will have a passion for improving ways of working with the view to enhancing both the professional staff and researcher experience. Additionally, this role will support the delivery of initiatives within the R&I portfolio including any planning and reporting requirements to ensure a transparent process. You will produce business analysis, process documentation and workflows, knowledge articles, risk assessments and presentation packs.Working closely with the Senior Manager, Continuous Improvement & Systems, you will work flexibly to support a range of R&I initiatives.To be successful in this position, you’ll have:

  • Demonstrated experience in a data analysis and interpretation with the ability to work proactively and autonomously.
  • Demonstrated understanding of project management and/or change management processes.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with experience across different applications and systems.
  • Demonstrated knowledge, and ability to interpret and apply, policies, provide advice, and work collaboratively with colleagues beyond the immediate work unit to achieve team and organisational objectives.
