As a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon, you will:
- Provide specialist orthopaedic services, including trauma, elective surgery, and outpatient care.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centred treatment plans.
- Lead and mentor junior medical staff, registrars, and interns.
- Participate in on-call rosters and emergency orthopaedic care.
- Contribute to the hospital’s quality improvement, clinical governance, and research initiatives.
- Support and participate in the teaching and training of medical students and junior doctors.
