Job description: Overview:Full-time, Continuing positionSalary Level HEW 4 + 17% SuperannuationBased at the Melbourne CBD campus, and hybrid ways of workingAbout the roleAs Communications Officer, you will assist the team with content planning, reporting and distributing communications to ensure consistent and impactful messaging across platforms. You will also be responsible for the maintenance and moderation of some communications platforms and channels, ensuring timely updates and engagement with key audiences. Other administrative tasks such as coordinating events or monitoring audience engagement may be assigned as needed to support the team.This position is ideal for a recent graduate or current student who is aspiring to a career in communications and media. If you are a collaborative team player, a skilled and confident writer, and someone who takes initiative then this role could be for you.To be successful in this position, you will have:Understanding and knowledge of corporate communications.Strong communication skills and ability to write and edit for different audiences, styles and editorial requirements.Proven commitment to collaboration, teamwork and customer service.High-level computer skills and experience using Office 365.
