Due to a strong pipeline of work, our client is looking for an experienced commercial litigator, preferably with solid insolvency litigation experience to join their team. You will work with highly regarded Partners who have specialist skills and overall excellent technical excellence in this area and who would be great mentors. You will enjoy a solid pipeline of work great client contact and working on a variety of matters from recoveries and insolvency disputes to general contractual disputes.To be successful
You will have a minimum of 5-10 years PQE experience in litigation, ideally with a good amount of general commercial litigation and insolvency litigation experience. In addition, you will have strong attention to detail with well-developed analytic skills.What you’ll get in return
