Work Hours: Full TimeWhat will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:Broad understanding of the Private Bank service offering and client needsThe ability to work effectively with others and to balance my own priorities with those of the broader teamOperations knowledge and practical experience in completing Servicing requestsKnowledge of workflow systems such as Workware and Pega Orchestrator (ASW2)Ability to problem solve effectively, leveraging tools, skills and relationships as needed to get the right clientoutcome while meeting policy and process requirementsExcellent communication skills and the confidence to share ideas and feedback with colleaguesYou’re not expected to have 100% of these skills.
