They are currently seeking a Client Services Intake Administrator on a full-time basis to join their team and play a pivotal role in offering warmth, understanding, and professionalism to their clients during the most difficult moments.About the Role:As a Client Services Intake Administrator, you’ll be the first point of contact for individuals reaching out to the firm. Your empathetic approach will provide comfort to clients who are experiencing challenging family matters. You will guide them through the intake process, gathering important and key information, ensuring they feel supported from the very first phone call.What’s Required:
- Empathy and Communication: A natural listener with the ability to communicate calmly and effectively with clients.
- Attention to Detail: You will manage all client information with care and precision taking down important information provided accurately and conduct a client conflict of interest check.
- Strong Organisational Skills: Work closely with the broader team to schedule all appointments in a timely and convenient manner. Ensuring that all documentation is provided and ready for the initial appointment.
- Client-Focused Approach: You will understand the importance of compassionate customer service and are dedicated to making each person feel heard and valued.
- Previous experience in a client-facing role: (experience in family law is a plus, but not essential). However, experience in legal administration is required for this role.
