The working days for this role will be Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.30 pm.This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-starter who has experience in a similar catering role. You will have exceptional communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels and enjoy working in a professional services environment. Working on our client floor the key responsibilities and requirements for this role are as follows:Responsibilities
- Preparing and delivering catering and coffee service to the Melbourne office.
- Providing reception and switchboard coverage as required including greeting clients, managing calls, taking and forwarding messages and responding to enquiries.
- Cleaning and maintaining all kitchen areas and client floor rooms.
- Coordinating meeting room bookings and handling technical requirements.
- Assisting with events, including logistics and organization.
What you’ll need:You will possess a keen interest and enthusiasm to learn, along with the ability to collaborate as part of a team, interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders. You will also have:
- Previous catering experience.
- Demonstrated food preparation and presentation experience.
- Barista experience.
- Strong client service orientation with the ability to professionally communicate with internal and external clients at all levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly effective team player who maintains an enthusiastic, positive, and proactive approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and professional presentation.
