You will contribute to this by supporting our case managers in their work to relocate Australian Defence Force (ADF) members and their families across Australia. Our case management teams strive to ensure that all ADF members experience a superior relocation as a case management associate, you will be expected to deliver superior administrative support and excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.As the Case Manager Associate, the primary accountabilities of the job are:Customer focus: building strong internal customer relationships.Communication effectiveness: communicate effectively and concisely.Flexibility and adaptability maintains effectiveness when experiencing major changes in work tasks or the work environment adjusting effectively to work with the new structures, processes, requirements or cultures.Learning agility, assimilates, and applies new job related information in a timely manner.Teamwork: Collaborates and supports the team environment.Situational judgement: ability to identify and take the most appropriate action in workplace situations that generate positive outcomes.Accountability : Holds self and others accountable to meet commitments.About You:Previous administrative experience, preferably in a large organistion that is service orientedThe ability to build and maintain effective working relationship with team members and stakeholders in a dynamic ‘operations center’ environmentEffective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholdersStrong attention to detail & time management skillsProficiency in all Microsoft applicationsMandatory: Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent ResidentBenefits:Flexible work options availableSupportive team environmentFull training providedWhat moves you?At Toll, you can help play a vital role in delivering what matters.
