You’ll be responsible for creating and maintaining a sales pipeline, customer acquisition, and outbound sales activity for takeoff solutions at EstimateOne, in order to achieve sales targets. Additionally, you will play a vital role in collecting customer and market insights to identify future revenue opportunities. This presents an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of introducing new products to the market and contributing to their long-term success.As a Business Development Manager at EstimateOne, you will be responsible for the following:
- Sales & Business Development (50%)
Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders such as subcontractors and other influencers in the industry to support market entry and expansion. Establish partnerships, alliances, and distribution channels to drive market development. * Performance Monitoring (20%)Track key metrics such as sales growth, market penetration, and customer acquisition. Continuously assess the effectiveness of strategies and adjust based on feedback and results. * Market Research & Analysis (20%)Support market research efforts by identifying potential new markets or customer segments, monitoring competitor activities, and spotting industry trends that offer growth opportunities. * CRM Management & Customer Insights (10%)Maintain good records of insights gathered from customer interactions. Share valuable data with key stakeholders to ensure a smooth customer journey and maximise market insights.About You
- You’re self-motivated and have the ability to work autonomously to deliver against monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
- You’re comfortable managing a full sales cycle—from identifying prospects to closing deal.
- You’re committed to rapidly understanding our product’s capability and value offering, with an uncanny ability to map them back to solving customers’ core problems.
- You have B2B SaaS sales experience and can quickly get up to speed with new solutions.
- You’re eager to share knowledge gained from sales activities back to the team and support our other sales teams with your expertise.
- You’re hungry and love to win, with a demonstrated appetite for executing significant deals with senior stakeholders.
- You’re in your element when controlling a meeting, captivating a room, negotiating with decision-makers, and handling objections.
- You think about our products within the broader context of the Industry – how is this product intended to change our customers’ lives and ways of working?

Expected salary: $90000 – 120000 per year
