Guests can enjoy thoughtfully designed guestrooms featuring distinct zones for sleep, work and play, and free flowing social spaces that offer seamless transitions from work to relaxation.About the RoleOur Business Development Executive will focus on generating and managing corporate accounts as well as MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) business. The role is responsible for driving the hotel’s corporate and event-related sales, fostering client relationships and providing comprehensive support throughout the sales cycle.Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales process for new corporate and MICE clients, from initial contact to deal closure ensuring prompt and accurate responses to inquiries regarding room blocks, event spaces, and meeting packages.
- Negotiate rates, prepare proposals, and provide quotes for corporate room blocks and group bookings, responding within required timeframes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and PCOs to maximize long-term partnerships.
- Conduct site inspections and tours, ensuring alignment with hotel and events standards as well as client expectations.
- Track performance, monitor competitor activity and collaborate with marketing to enhance lead generation, providing insights on trends and strategies.
Qualifications:Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Hospitality, Business or Marketing is highly regarded.
- Previous experience working with corporate clients and managing MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) accounts.
- Understanding of the hospitality industry including market trends, competitor activities and client needs.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with technology including CRM systems and social media platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to focus on accuracy and detail.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to foster and maintain professional relationships both internally and externally to the hotel.
