Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for customer support? We’re looking for an AV Technical Support Engineer to join a dynamic team based in Melbourne!Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely support for customer queries via email, phone, or ticketing system (JIRA).
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and guide customers through effective solutions.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and feedback for future reference.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve critical issues and improve service quality.
- Educate customers on product use and gather valuable feedback.
What You’ll Need:
- Proven experience in a technical support or help desk role.
- Strong understanding of AV/VC systems (AMX, Crestron, Cisco, Polycom) and audio DSP setups.
- Experience with CRM systems (such as Dynamics) and ticketing tools (such as JIRA).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- A valid Australian driver’s license.
