Clients include the major Australian and international banks, top tier corporates, investment banks, fund managers, private capital providers and professional trustees. Working closely with and you will be working on:
- Corporate and acquisition finance
- Real estate investment and development finance
- Securitisation
- Private debt and special situations
- Specialised finance such as Islamic finance, receivables, trade, supply chain and asset based lending
We are looking for:
- Demonstrated experience working on banking and finance transactions gained at a reputable national or international law firm, or in-house at a leading financial institution
- Excellent written, drafting and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail, commitment to quality and good work ethic
- A respectful and collegiate attitude to colleagues and client
- 2+ years post qualification experience
