In this role, you will primarily focus on the management of invoices, lease administration, property expenditure, general administration, and providing support to the General Manager, Operations Manager, and Tenant Services Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work in an iconic A-grade asset and contribute to new site initiatives.An overview of the role:
- Manage invoices, lease administration, and property expenditure.
- Handle general administration tasks and provide support to the management team.
- Assist with client reporting, tenant liaison, risk and compliance management.
- Contribute to new site initiatives such as sustainability and tenant engagement.
- Responsible for the management of general commercial property administration, such as lease administration, invoice processing, arrears management, critical date management and filing.
- Assist with Client reporting including, general issues, maintenance issues, upcoming works, relevant schedules, and any relevant recommendations.
- Assist in the management and administration of allocated contracts/contractors
- Assist with tenant liaison and requests.
- Assist with risk and compliance management.
- Assist the site team with new site initiatives such as, but not limited to, sustainability initiatives, events, tenant engagement and other site initiatives.
- Assist with the management of the JLL and client risk and compliance systems.
- Assist with preparation of budgets, outgoings recoveries, forecasts and quarterly reports.

- Minimum of 1-2 years of property management experience.
- A completed Real Estate Licence / Agents Rep is preferred
- Experience using MRI software is preferred.
- Conscientious, organised, and adaptable to change.
- Ability to prioritise work effectively and think laterally.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interpret lease obligations.
- Willingness to work beyond regular office hours and take responsibility when required.
