Working ‘hands-on’, providing support, leadership, and mentoring to the Beef team, you will implement initiatives to improve our high standards of safety, quality, and animal welfare.Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the beef bone area to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Assist the Beef Shift Supervisor in coordinating and managing shift activities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards throughout the production process.
- Train, mentor, and supervise team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and resolve any operational issues.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to production and employee performance.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the beef or meat processing industry.
- Strong knowledge of beef bone area operations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
