At Probe, expect to think differently, challenge the norm and find your purpose.We are seeking motivated and customer focused Appointment Setters to join our team.In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound and inbound calls to individuals over 60 years old in both Australia and New Zealand, booking appointments for hearing tests.The ideal candidate will have prior experience in outbound appointment setting, sales or strong customer service fields, with a focus on ethical and effective communications.Key Details:Start date: 28th January 2025Role Type: Full time (38 hours per week)Operational hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 7am – 7pmThursday 7am – 6pmFriday 7am – 5pmAdhoc Saturdays when requiredTraining: Paid training – 4 days 9am – 5pm starting 28th January 2025Location: Onsite only.
