Due to an internal promotion, we are now seeking an Analyst to join our Victorian Capital Markets team. As an Analyst, you will play a critical role in conducting due diligence and financial analysis of commercial properties across various asset classes.An overview of the role:
- Undertake detailed due diligence of commercial properties.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to determine property value and return metrics.
- Utilise financial modelling skills, including discounted cash flow valuation techniques.
- Conduct financial, tenancy, and lease analysis for commercial properties.
- Manage campaign preparation processes and respond to due diligence queries promptly.
- Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to produce detailed property marketing reports.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create advertising materials for press and online platforms.
- Take overall responsibility for creating high-quality pitch documents for major assets, mainly in the commercial office and development site sectors.
- Source, track, and collate sales activity while monitoring key market knowledge and data from major news outlets.
- Maintain strong client relationships during the sales engagement process.

- A Property or similar based Degree is required.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Previous experience in the commercial property industry is preferred.
- Competency in Estate Master and/or similar feasibility programs is a plus.
- Valuations experience will be viewed favourably.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to review documents.
- Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Highly developed time management and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
