About the RoleYou will provide both clinical support and administrative assistance to the Young Adult Complex Disability Service and Polio Service Victoria allied health professional (AHP) teams.This position works within a flexible, interdisciplinary structure that ensures the delivery of high quality services, making sure that the needs of HIP Disability clients are met and that they receive ‘the right treatment in the right place at the right time’.Duties:
Under the direction of AHPs, you will:Provide therapy support services to individuals and groups. Both services are state-wide services, providing multi-disciplinary care to young adults with a complex disability transitioning into the adult health care system; and patients with a history of poliomyelitis, respectively.
