Our services are conducted by experienced legal practitioners and supervised undergraduate and postgraduate law students. We aim to demonstrate the Faculty’s professional capability and community commitment while offering students valuable clinical experience in professional practice. Our clinics include Monash Law Clinic – Clayton, Monash Law Clinic – Melbourne CBD, and Springvale Monash Legal Service.The Opportunity – Five permanent Part-Time Positions!We are seeking Administrative Officers to join our team on a continuing part time basis, with two positions available at Clayton, two at our CBD office, and one position that will work at both sites; the positions may be required to move between the two locations from time to time for training and staff coverage.In this role, you will provide professional reception and client service duties, as well as administrative assistance and office support to the Director of Monash Law Clinics and other team members. Your responsibilities will include fielding calls, scheduling appointments, triaging legal service requests, and providing administrative support for legal clinics and projects.About YouYou are a dedicated professional with excellent front-line reception and administration skills. Your polished written and verbal communication skills enable you to interact with a diverse range of clients and resolve issues positively.
