We are committed to providing compassionate and innovative care, enabling hope for those we serve.We are actively sourcing an experienced System Administrator to be part of our Digital Care Platform (DCP) Project at St Vincent’s. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of the DCP within St Vincent’s Home and Community Care; working closely with the project team and a variety of stakeholders both internal and external to achieve project outcomes. The ideal candidate will have strong technical leadership experience and be able to mentor and support others in the project.This Permanent Full Time role is available for immediate start and will be a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and 2 days WFH on average based in either Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane.Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Design, develop and maintain infrastructure and architecture associated with the Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare and D365 CE Platform
  • Collaborate and support the vendor and stakeholders to inform the use of the platform and champion its innovative use
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and identify opportunities for standardisation, providing solutions and offering input and guidance on functionality and capabilities of the platform
  • Gather feedback from users and stakeholders, conduct solution training sessions and diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure effective strategies are implemented to reduce risk, maintain compliance, and explore continuous improvement and potential benefits and cost-saving opportunities

Things that work for us:

  • Demonstrated experience in a healthcare environment with broad knowledge of healthcare workflows and applications, and success working in or with project teams to achieve stated objectives
  • Tertiary qualification in a Health Profession, Clinical Education, Information Technology, Health Informatics, Health Information Management or similar field as relevant
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organisational and interpersonal skills with a keen attention to detail and collaborative approach
  • Microsoft certified in Dynamics 365 CE, enterprise integration expertise, and experience testing and troubleshooting new and existing applications for solutions within the platform
  • Proficiency in technologies such as PowerApps, Microsoft Stack, Office 365, SSRS, SSIS, SharePoint, Microsoft Azure and PowerBI or similar
  • Demonstrated experience in the usage of systems configuration and change management processes and documentation
  • Resilience, communication, and problem-solving skills to address issues and challenges that may arise during the life of the projects
  • A committed, highly experienced yet personable professional with strong stakeholder management skills
