We create city-sized solutions—building and operating safer, smarter, and more sustainable roads—to solve pressing transport challenges that are slowing cities down.About the roleWe’re seeking an IDAM Lead to manage a team of IDAM Specialists and drive stakeholder engagement within our Cyber team.You’ll join an innovative team who are dedicated to implementing cutting-edge Identity, Governance, and Administration solutions to enhance our organization’s security posture.As our IDAM Lead, you’ll contribute to lasting and positive changes that shape the future of our cities and communities by fostering effective communication, collaboration, and team development in the critical area of identity and access management. It’s meaningful, challenging and exciting work.Day-to-day, you will:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead and manage a team of IDAM Specialists, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
- Define and deliver Access Control policies, processes, and standards.
- Develop and manage application integration into the IAM environment.
- Foster a positive team culture and support professional development of team members.
- Implement access controls using streamlined automated processes.
- Continuously improve and extend IAM technology, including configuration as code for IDAM systems.

- Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with a focus on fostering a positive team culture and supporting professional development.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with one or more market-leading Identity platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to conceptualize and address complex issues.
- Understanding of the application of different Identity, Governance, and Administration solution capabilities.
- Understanding and experience working in large IT environments with a working knowledge of enterprise architectures.
- A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent full-time industry experience, with success in a comparable position implementing and leading IDAM solutions at enterprise-level organizations.
