Job description: Senior Recruitment ConsultantMelbourneImmediate StartProgrammed Group Training has an exciting opportunity for a professional, passionate, driven and enthusiastic individual looking at joining our GTO (Apprenticeships & Traineeships) team as a Senior Recruitment Consultant. Based in Melbourne this position will suit an individual who is a self-starter, people person and passionate about managing the recruitment process for apprenticeships and traineeships, building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, and mentoring our current recruitment consultants.As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for: –
- Managing the recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, completion of all pre-employment checks, candidate briefs and onboarding candidates
- Managing and allocating all recruitment requests received
- Developing innovative sourcing strategies to attract talent in a competitive market
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, understanding business requirements, providing tailored recruitment solutions and ensuring satisfaction
- Developing marketing posts on various social media platforms
- Working with our marketing team and area managers on marketing brochures and advertisements to support candidate attraction
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the apprenticeship and traineeship recruitment market
- Coaching, mentoring and providing guidance to our recruitment consultants
- Maintaining accurate and up to date records in our database
- Weekly and monthly reporting to management
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies
To be successful in this role you must have: –
- Proven experience in recruitment with a strong track record of success
- Ability to build and develop client relationships
- Leadership experience including managing a team
- Be highly motivated and driven to succeed
- Creative, highly adaptable and a forward thinker
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to demanding timelines
