Job description: Job Description:We are now seeking an experienced Planner to join our team working on critical maintenance activities and upgrade works across Melbourne’s iconic CityLink and the new West Gate Tunnel.What you’ll bringIdeally, you will possess a Tertiary Qualification in Engineering or similar and experience managing long-term dynamic works programs in the fields of civil, structural, mechanical and electrical along with;
- Demonstrated planning capability in maintenance services, preferably road maintenance;
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement maintenance management systems, process and training material;
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and delivery training;
- Use a systems thinking approach to review and develop new processes and streamline transactional activities;
- Experience coordinating large teams, forecasting, tracking and optimising resource levels within dynamic works programs;
- Experience in developing operational performance dashboards
- Strong communication skills;
- Demonstrated ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders;
- Experience working with dynamic scheduling software;
- Knowledge of best practice in Road and tunnel maintenance and a proven ability to document scopes of work
- Experience in planning and scheduling of works
- Demonstrated ability to manage and execute projects
- A reputation based on trust by delivering on promises with excellence while focusing on safety, value for money and efficiency
- Strong safety focus with demonstrated evidence of actively promoting and sustaining a Zero harm environment
