If you are looking to further your culinary career with two of the World’s most well renowned brands and are ready to take the next challenge working in a fast paced, premium dining environment this could be your next exciting opportunity.In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:
- Assist the team in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen including prep work and service.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of food safety standards and HACCP.
- Your ability to work within a dynamic team environment along with strong planning and organisational skills.
About youYou’ll bring the following:
- Previous Japanese cuisine experience in a similar position is highly desirable – with upmarket dining, high volume restaurant or hotel experience preferred.
- Availability to work around a 7 day, 24/7 rotating roster – including weekends and public holidays and some late nights.
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent required.
