We have something to suit everyone’s tastes.Silks Crown Melbourne is currently looking for an experience Chef to join the team. Previous experience in cooking techniques like Wok and Stir Fry is a requirement for this role, with previous live seafood handling highly advantageous.In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:
- Assist the team in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen including prep work and service.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of food safety standards and HACCP.
- Your ability to work within a dynamic team environment along with strong planning and organisational skills.
About youYou’ll bring the following:
- Previous experience working within a premium, high-volume commercial kitchen.
- Availability to work Part Time around a 5-day (Thursday – Monday), 24/7 rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent required.
