Only 20 km from the CBD, the pharmacy is ideally situated to serve a wide range of patients with diverse health needs.Job SpecificationAs the Compounding Pharmacist Manager, you’ll be leading a team of five experienced compounding technicians, delivering high-quality, non-sterile compounded medications. Your role will include a variety of services such as dispensing, patient counselling, and vaccinations. You’ll manage workflows, ensure accuracy, and guide your team in providing outstanding healthcare. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for compounding and team management, combined with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.Skills Required
- General registration with AHPRA
- Qualified compounder in Australia with extensive experience in non-sterile compounding.
- Strong attention to detail, effective communication style, and team-oriented mindset
- Proficiency with Minfos pharmacy software
Salary & Benefits
- $55-$60 per hour depending on experience
- Monday to Friday shifts only (no weekends!)
- Flexible start and finish times, aligning with typical 9 am-5 pm hours
