We are purpose driven and collaborative, which drives innovation and our ability to make a real impact.Where the team fits in:The Digital Media Specialist role forms part of the Consumer Marketing team, who are focused on driving marketing outcomes for the realestate.com.au, realcommercial.com.au, Mortgage Choice, Flatmates and Property.com.au brands.Reporting to the Performance Marketing Manager, the Digital Media Specialist will be support in the implementation, optimisation and reporting of performance media channels for both brand campaigns and always on digital activity.The Digital Media Specialist will also be responsible in supporting the Performance Marketing Manager in developing and executing test and learn frameworks across digital channels to develop of emerging media products or opportunities within digital platforms.What you’ll be doing:
- Implement and optimize digital campaigns across paid search, social & video to drive awareness, consideration and adoption of products, apps and services
- Reporting on outcomes and performance of digital media channels that showcases meaning insights that informs future execution and optimisations
- Supporting the management of digital media budgets ensuring that investment and performance is tracking against forecast
- Supporting the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and Performance Media Manager in developing and executing key brand campaigns across digital channels
- Assist the Performance Media Manager in developing and executing testing frameworks to continuously test and optimize digital channels for incremental impact
- Supporting internal stakeholder relationships, including Marketing Managers and Product Managers, in addition to external relationships with our media partners
- Partnering with cross-functional teams within REA Group (e.g. analytics, product owners) to configure digital tracking and tag implementation
- Collaborating with audience & analytics teams to identify and create advanced audience segments to drive efficiencies across digital media campaigns
- Demonstrating an ability to keep up to date with the latest news, trends and products within the digital marketing landscape
Who we’re looking for:
- 3+ years’ performance marketing experience with a demonstrated ability to build and manage high performing digital campaigns optimising towards KPIs
- Advanced in using Google Ads & Meta Ads; experience with DV360, TikTok and Pinterest platforms considered favourable
- Experience in using web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A genuine positive attitude, a growth mindset and a strong desire to get things done
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple and changing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
