Our program is dedicated to nurturing the early stages of your engineering journey, guiding you towards achieving your goals.We are seeking talented, motivated, and innovative Graduates to join our dynamic and high-performing Facades & Sustainability team in Melbourne for 2026!Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertaking the design, engineering and documentation for façade and build-ability consultancy inclusive of detailed engineering calculations, analysis, drawings, and specifications.
  • Reviewing contractor submissions, show drawings and calculations.
  • Façade engineering design and buildability consultancy, including material knowledge and installation techniques.
  • Assisting in preparing tender submissions.
  • Liaising and coordinating with the design/project team and other disciplines within Inhabit as required.
  • Building relationships with clients on projects and develop contacts within the façade industry.

Qualifications

  • Recent graduate of a tertiary degree in Civil / Structural engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering OR Bachelor of Design, (Architecture).
  • Relevant work rights to live and work full-time in Australia
  • Previous student vacation/internship experience ideally in a consulting environment highly desired
  • Experience working within a team in retail, hospitality or customer service industries highly desired
  • Possesses a strong desire to learn and grow professionally
  • Are innovative thinkers and problem-solvers
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Excellent rapport building skills and desire to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment
